Shipping and Delivery

International Orders

Shipping time to major parts of the world (USA, Canada, UK, France, Australia, UAE, Singapore) takes up to 18 working days or 2-4 weeks. Countries from the Caribbean (Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago) takes up to 8 weeks  due to indirect postal connections. All orders are shipped by Registered Airmail via Singapore Post and is trackable online. A notification email with the tracking number will be sent once your order is processed.

Express Shipping (EMS)

Should you wish to receive your order earlier, we can upgrade your shipping to Express Mail (EMS) for an additional fee. Transit time is 7 working days for major destinations, and 1-2 weeks for other countries(please see the list below). International Shipping Reminders

1. We are not responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions and other policies or regulations that apply in your country. We encourage you to talk with your customs officer for more information.
2. Please do not order if you think our product is not allowed to be imported to your country. Laws are different in every nation. It is the your responsibility to check with your customs office if they permit the shipment of our products to your country.
3. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes that may apply in your country.
4. Please make sure to provide us your correct, complete and accurate shipping information. Should you wish to give a correction, just send us an email the soonest and we will amend it granting that your order hasn't been shipped yet. If your order is returned back to us due to your failure to provide a correct shipping address, you will have the option for a reshipment after paying the re-shipping cost, or a refund (minus the shipping cost and 10% restocking fee).
5. If your order is returned back to us because it was "unclaimed", again, you will have the option for a reshipment after paying the re-shipping cost, or a refund (minus the shipping cost and 10% restocking fee).
6. If for any reason your order is seized by customs or got lost in transit, we are sorry but we cannot provide you a refund unless all products are returned to us in good condition.
7. Please note that for packages that is being returned to us for reasons that it was "unclaimed" or you have provided an incorrect shipping address, return time is usually 1-3 months(sometimes up 6 months). Please understand that return-to-sender packages are shipped by the bulk and so it will take time before we receive it.
8. We are not responsible for any delays made by the postal system. We do not have any control on what can happen nor do we have any foresight with factors that can affect shipping time and delivery.
9. It is your responsibility to monitor the movement of your package through the tracking information we have provided. If your package is already in your postal office and you did not inquire or claim it for a period of time, the postal office will send it back to us and mark it as "unclaimed". Please learn how to track your package and identify the international tracking number (e.g. RR123456789SG, RQ123456789SG) which you will use to track or inquire with your local postal office. Please contact us if you need help tracking your package.

Returns

We offer refunds for returns on our products that has not been opened or used. If you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason or decided that you are unable to use our product because of your current condition, you may return the unused portion for a refund. You have 30 days from the date of order placement to return the unopened products to receive a 100% refund from the original purchase price for the unopened goods. A 10% restocking fee will be calculated against the total cost of the unused products. Original shipping cost, paypal surcharge, tax or money transfer fee are not refundable. You are also responsible for the return shipping cost.
 

Note: We currently do not ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Norway, Germany, Nigeria and South Africa due to customs restrictions.
