
Once your order has already been dispatched, we will
provide you with a tracking number that can be tracked using our shipper's
website. Please check your email and take note of the tracking details we
have provided. Note that our shipper’s carrier is Singapore Post. If you
still haven’t received your order in 3-4 weeks, you may request for an RR
number. This is the actual reference number of your package that can be
tracked using your respective postal service website like USPS.com.
All EMS shipments are also given a 13 digit tracking number which also can
be tracked with you country’s postal service website. EMS or Expedite Mail
Service’s transit time can take up to 5-7 business days.
Please also note that shipping time may vary depending on the process your
package is currently undergoing. It may be on customs clearance or
inspection and so delays can be expected.
